Deliveries are made via courier service DPD, Inpost or GLS.
Orders over 499 PLN are shipped free of charge.
The cost of delivery by courier DPD is 20 PLN.
The cost of delivery by courier DPD is 17-21 PLN, depending on the size of the parcel.
Delivery includes delivery of the product under the building where the customer is located. If the package does not exceed 30 kg, the delivery includes bringing the product to the premises.
Orders in Milond.pl Store can be placed via www.milond.pl, by email or by phone. Orders placed on weekdays after 14:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed and fulfilled on the next working day.
In order to process the order, it is necessary to provide contact information, telephone number and e-mail address to confirm acceptance of the order. The ordering party will receive information about order acceptance by e-mail. Orders that cannot be confirmed with the customer within 48 hours will not be processed.
RETURN OF PURCHASE
A consumer who has made a remote purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason or incurring costs, in accordance with the principles of the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, Article 27 . The customer is obliged to return the product to the seller immediately, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the contract, or give it to a person authorized by the seller to pick it up, unless the seller has offered to pick up the product himself. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the product before the expiration of the 14 days. The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely does not apply to the consumer in respect of contracts: concerning non-fabricated products manufactured to the customer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs, and concerning products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned unopened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
