Rules
Next rules define the general conditions of sale applicable in our online store, accessible at https://www.milond.pl, operated by MILOND Sp.z o.o., Eugeniusza Lokajskiego 14 / 7, 02-793 Warsaw, Poland;
NIP: 9512511582, REGON: 387704149. The activity is registered in the (District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register) maintained by the Ministry of Economy in Poland.
1. Scope of application of the rules
The Rules apply to all orders placed by Consumers through our online store.
Consumer (hereinafter referred to as “client”, “you”) is an individual entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur.
Other or additional rules and General Conditions used by the Entrepreneur do not apply - they will only become part of the contract if we give our express written consent.
2. Conclusion of an agreement
The purchase and sale agreement is concluded with MILOND Sp z o.o.
The presentation of products in our online store is an offer to conclude a sales contract. To conclude a contract, you need to add the selected products to your cart and place your order. Shopping cart and data entered into forms can be modified before placing an order using available features and messages displayed during the ordering process.
By clicking the confirm and checkout button on the order summary page, you place an order for the products in your cart. When your order is received and registered in the IT system of our online store, a sales contract is concluded. After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the order and conclusion of the contract.
The purchase and sale agreement can be concluded in Polish/English/Russian.
We save the contents of the contract and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also check your order information through your customer account.
4. Product delivery
Delivery costs must also be added to the listed product prices. Ordered products are delivered through courier companies cooperating with us. Detailed information about possible delivery methods and dates, as well as delivery costs, is presented when placing an order and in a special information tab on our store website.
The average delivery time by courier is 1-2 days.
As a rule, the goods can be picked up in person at the address: Eugeniusza Lokajskiego 14/7, 02-793 Warszawa, by prior arrangement with a store representative.
Sending by parcel locker is carried out only for products that are placed in parcel lockers. If you cannot select a parcel terminal when placing an order, the system does not allow you to select this form of delivery.
5. Payments
The following payment methods are available in our online store:
- payment through payment banking applications,
- credit card,
- cash upon pickup,
- transfer to a bank account number - if you choose this form of payment - after placing an order, we will send you by email the data for making the transfer. The order will be processed after the full amount of the required payment for the order has been credited to our account.
Detailed information about possible payment methods, as well as possible additional costs, is presented when placing an order and on our store website in a special information tab dedicated to payment methods.
If a refund is required, the Entrepreneur returns the payment using the same payment method that the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not incur any costs.
7. Damage caused during transportation.
If the ordered products are delivered with obvious damage during transport, please report the defect to the courier as soon as possible and contact us.
If you receive a product with damaged packaging, you (or another person who receives the parcel with your consent), in the presence of the courier, must photograph/video the unpacking process. In case of damage to the goods, you also take a detailed photo/video of the damage to the goods, draw up a written confirmation - “Protokol Szkody” - a damage report and be sure to receive a signature and full name. courier upon confirmation. The protocol must contain the date, place of its preparation, an inventory of the goods and its damage, signatures and full name. persons who were actually present during unpacking. The presence of such confirmation and photo/video sent to us is a necessary condition for considering the issue of replacing the product or monetary compensation.
8. Warranties and responsibility of the seller.
Warranty conditions for each unit (batch) of goods are presented separately for each order. In any case and under any circumstances, the entrepreneur’s liability to the consumer and/or third parties is limited to the cost of the order paid by the consumer about which the dispute or damage arose.

We undertake to respond to the complaint no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission. In the event of an exercise of warranty rights - if we deem it necessary to investigate the claim, you are obliged to deliver the defective goods at our expense to the postal address specified above.
Information about a possible additional warranty and its detailed conditions are always attached to the product and are available on the information pages of the online store. Our telephone customer service is at your disposal: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00.
9. Services provided electronically
To use our online store, including browsing our range and placing orders, you must have a multimedia device with a web browser installed, access to the Internet and e-mail. It is recommended to enable JavaScript and cookies in your browser settings.
We take all necessary actions to ensure that the site and the interface of our online store operate completely correctly within the limits arising from current technical knowledge, and we undertake to eliminate any violations and technical problems reported by users within a reasonable time. The above also applies to the possibility of subscribing to a newsletter or the additional possibility of creating a customer account – if these services are provided in our store. You can notify us of any detected violations or interruptions in the operation of the site and services of our online store using the contact information specified in the paragraph above. In a complaint about violations related to the technical functioning of the online store website, indicate the type and date of the violation.

11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We would like to inform you that Consumers have the option of out-of-court complaints and redress. Information on how to access the above-mentioned mode and procedure for resolving disputes can be found at www.uokik.gov.pl in the „Polubowne rozwiązywanie sporów konsumenckich” tab.
In addition, at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr Consumers have access to an online platform for resolving consumer disputes (the so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform is a multilingual interactive website for consumers and entrepreneurs who want an out-of-court settlement of disputes arising when concluding a remote purchase and sale agreement or a service agreement.
Using the above, extrajudicial methods of filing claims and resolving disputes are voluntary and can only take place if both parties to the dispute (Consumer and Seller) agree to this.
12. Final provisions
None of the provisions of these Rules are aimed at violating the legal rights of the Consumer. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Rules and the rights of consumers arising from generally applicable provisions, legal provisions will always apply instead of the disputed provisions of the Rules.
The relationship between consumers and entrepreneurs is regulated by Polish law.
