Topper is another form of pop-up. It is used primarily as an additive to bottom boilies or other bottom baits. Hence its name: top-per, on top. One jar contains toppers of smaller and larger diameters (about 12 and about 14 mm). Just take the appropriate diameter and add it to the bottom hookbait.
